A home inspection will give you a broad view of the overall condition and safety of the home. Presented in a digital report with video and pictures of all defects that are visibly present at the time of inspection.

Home inspectors cannot pass or fail a home. They are generalists that give the client a limited visual inspection of all functions and potential safety issues that may be present at the time of inspection.

No. A home inspection is not normally a requirement in the purchase of a home. However, as a precautionary measure it is always recommended that you have the home inspected prior to closing.

In most areas a standard inspection would be a dwelling of no more than 4 livable rooms, a carport or garage and the exterior of the home. Pools, Fences, Roofs and additional structures outside the home are not considered part of a standard inspection.
